Customized cash management and investment program for Minnesota public funds. Sponsored and governed by the League, the 4M Fund addresses daily and long-term investment needs of cities and other municipal entities.

Viewpoint-neutral information and analysis on charter issues to assist home rule charter cities, and cities considering the home rule form of government.

City Pro Financial Planning Tool
This Microsoft Excel-based tool will help your city make accurate financial projections going out as much as 10 years.

Codification Services
Allows cities to develop a customized city code or to update an existing code. Completely indexed, easy to keep up-to-date, stored on a disk in a search-and-retrieval format, and can be shared with visitors to your city's web site.

Cultural Diversity Resources & Assistance
The League has developed publications and gathered resources to help Minnesota cities with growing needs in the area of cultural diversity.

GASB OPEB Assistance
Discounted actuarial services to help your city evaluate and calculate your GASB/OPEB liability (accounting for the promise to provide other post-employment benefits over the working life of the employee).

GovOffice Web Site Development
Content management system (CMS) designed by Minnesota cities in partnership with the League and Avenet, a St. Paul-based company. More than 300 cities in Minnesota use GovOffice for their websites.

Minnesota Cities Stormwater Coalition (MCSC)
Fee-based service supporting member cities and their stormwater professionals in implementing state and federal requirements.

U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance
Cooperative purchasing is one of the easiest ways cities can stretch each purchasing dollar. By pooling the collective purchasing power of local governments across the United States, U.S. Communities can procure goods and services at tremendously discounted prices. Participation is free.
